American Family Insurance Delivers Safe Driving Message to Thousands at National High School Sporting Events

To share its safe driving message with teens and parents alike, American Family sponsors major events featuring some of the nation's top prep athletes.

American Family is sponsoring the 2013 McDonald's All American Basketball Games, the premiere showcase of boys and girls high school basketball talent. This event also helps support the dreams of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana by raising money to help build the country's largest Ronald McDonald House in downtown Chicago.

American Family is the title sponsor of the Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships (Atlanta), featuring 24 of the nation's most highly recruited prep basketball stars.

American Family sponsored the sixth-annual Under Armour All-American High School Football Game, Jan. 4, in St. Petersburg, Fla. The selection tour before the game recognized 90 student-athletes as well as their families, coaches and communities. On Jan. 2, participation athletes also competed in the American Family Skills Challenge at Disney World's Wideworld of Sports Complex.

American Family was the lead sponsor of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, Jan. 5, in San Antonio, Texas. Through a 190-community selection tour, we traveled the country, announcing members of the football team as well as the All-American Marching Band.
